This place serves old beans that expire the next day and old meat also and warm up tortillas on a grill that never gets clean and cooks quesadillas on a cooker that never gets clean right HOUSTON WAKE UP THIS IS A VERY UNSAFE PLACE TO EAT

We placed a big order and they put it together very quickly and accurately. The guy running the window was on top of things and really seemed customer oriented. The food was good and tasted fresh. This was a very good Taco Bell.

The owner of this restaurant seems to think it’s appropriate to belittle customers by requiring them to buy something before they can go in their bathrooms. Yet if I got to river oaks Taco Bell no one seems to mind. I’d avoid this place. And when they play music while making your food know it can end up on the floor and they’ll dance off.

Not only was I in line for 20 minutes before I ordered They gave me the wrong order and when I called they wouldn’t answer the phone I paid for a chalupa meal and got 3 Doritos locos tacos

Came at 2:30pm on October 10th. Couldnt get a receipt. Asked the guy to tell me how much the charge was and he said he couldnt pull it up. I told him what I had and he said his manager said he couldnt tell me what was charged ? I see my credit card charge and it is TOTALLY different than what was on the screen when I ordered. Will dispute this w my cc company for a chargeback since I cannot get any help on this. Either pull up my receipt and give it to me or I will dispute. It cant be that hard. Unless you are overcharging people on purpose?

Great food, but high turnover rate of employees means orders are inaccurate. Highly recommended to verify your entire order before leaving. Today's experience is I ordered via app, requested 10 mild sauces, received a potpourri, least of which are mild.

Every time I come to this location either the dine in is closed well before be actual closing time, or I get horrible customer service. The dine in is supposed to close at 9pm..tried to go at 7:15pm and all the doors were locked and the cashier wouldn’t take my order.

Ordered for a large group around 11PM an hour before closing and the staff was incredibly kind about it and made sure we had everything we ordered.

Yesterday 05/26/22 I came to the drive thru and was immediately greeted by Latoya in the drive thru and she was amazing. She made sure when we pulled up to the window we was greeted again and made sure our order was correct and fresh. She said she was the manager I would recommend anyone to go to the store especially when she's there I would give the rate of her service and food quality a easy 10. Thank you for fresh food and a fresh smile.

Love this place. Never had a bad experience, great service, they always get my order right, and are usually pretty quick.
