Slow service - got the pricing wrong for a really large order - so it was not insignificant. Ok top of that they wanted to change us the same price as soda for a small cup of water - avoid this place.

Man...you got love the Tuesday Specials...some might say its a on the greasy side but i get home and stick it in the oven for a few more minutes..And biscuits mmmmm. I Usually get extra for breakfast eggs n sausage in the morning

I normally don't complain, but the chicken was too greasy, it was also cold. The red beans and rice was also cold. Asked for ketchup and got hot sauce instead. The service was horrible. This is my first bad experience there.

HORRIBLE!!! Hit or miss. Sometime you get good chicken others times you get this. This so sad..then had they had nerve not to answer the phone. This was not for free

We picked up the food in Houston as we evacuated for Hurricane Laura. A good hot meal makes life so much better.. The food was hot and came out fast.

This is not a place that has good Customer service, I was Served overcooked red beans and rice, the rice was chewy and gummy like unreal and the beans tasted burnt. The manager Refused to give me a Refund or anything else but some more Chewy overcooked red beans and rice. SMH 1/7/2021 #Shatara the manager@popeyesonscott&45

Always get my burgers and meals from Popeyes one of the best ever. It's far from where we live but it's worth it. So many options to choose from and it's delicious.

Portia took our order, she was very pleasant and our food was made hot and fresh.
