Food is usually good when they give you the correct order. Just about every couple visits, something gets messed up. Manger guy??? is always talking and not paying attention what he's putting in the bag. Great coupons in the app.

I filled our the survey on this visit because our cashier was so friendly and helpful. She suggested just the right items to make up jump in and buy more and got our extensive order out the door in record time. Thanks guys, we appreciate you!

My gf and I go here all the time, order the same food, and sit at the same seat as we did on our first date. We might be bias, but we like ashland, ky BK

Burgers are really good. Taste as if you made them at home fresh from the grill. They seem to be more accurate on getting your order correct than it's competitor McDonald's.
