Amerasia

This food is great. It's a level up to the typical Asian takeout. Top tip: don't be prideful about how spicy to want your food. An 8 kicks my ass. I can't imagine the weeks of painful recovery needed if you order a 10.

Amerasia is my new favorite restaurant for taking people for a fun, delicious meal. Their dragon's breath wontons are addictive, but entrees are great too. You can choose heat level on many dishes and there are many off-menu items available. Also a huge selection of beer. (New)...Had recent large takeout order. Soups, etc., impeccably wrapped, nothing forgotten. Sauce packets included. Out in timely manner. Another excellent rating.

We ordered takeout and the woman who took our order and gave it to us was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu. The bags were neatly tied. But when we got all the way home we realized they forgot ALL of the rice with our orders. It was chaos in there and they were very apologetic about it when we called (she was new). They gave us a $4 credit for two ruined dinners. (???) The food was delicious (except the pot stickers, worst ones I’ve ever tasted), but we had no rice....just chicken. If it’s too chaotic for them to do takeout they should not offer it. I do not understand the logic of $4 for two dinners that were essentially ruined. The food had good flavor but very disappointed in their lack of service recovery. Not sure I will be back.

The food is delicious. It's like classic American Chinese but with care put into adding great flavors. The veggie egg rolls are the best I've had and I also love the noodles and garlic chicken or tofu. Everything is great, including the people who work there and the general vibe in the place.

Had the best service from both the manager and Mallory the bartender. She went out of her way to give my party complete 5 star service. Great vibe and atmosphere !
