Proof On Main

This is one of the most memorable dining experiences one can hope for. Located in a hybrid art museum/hotel, the ambiance is like nothing I’ve ever seen. The service staff does everything in their power to insure you have an unforgettable experience, they really seem to care. The food is delicious and also memorable and interesting. Each dish seems to have a unique twist. Can’t recommend this unique experience enough.

Absolutely love this place!! The food is entertaining. The staff is entertaining. The atmosphere is entertaining. Everything about this restaurant is entertaining. Now for the serious review. It is one of the better restaurants in Louisville that I've eaten in in years. The food is a bit eclectic and not everybody is going to like it. However, it fits the bill for what I want to eat. While prices are a little high, the quality of food was excellent and I would recommend this place to my friends.

My wife and I came here for brunch on our first wedding anniversary and we loved our experience. The service from the wait staff was some of the best we've ever experienced and the food was delectable. If you are in downtown Louisville, this place is definitely worth a visit. Make sure to check out the restrooms and art in the hotel next door, as well!

Good food and many art decorations. They have a lot of art displayed throughout the restaurant. Even before you enter the restaurant, there is a statue/sculpture outside. The food was good. They had their own take on already unique menu items, such as bone marrow and octopus. They have a seasonal menu so ask the waiter/waitress to recommend dishes on the current menu.

The art alone is worth a trip to this place. It's covered in eclectic modern art with inspiration from old Kentucky. The food was also delicious and well priced. We went during a weekday lunch and it was mostly a business crowd. Made us wish we would have dressed a bit nicer(we had shorts and tshirts) but the friendly staff were engaging and made us feel at home.
