Bourbon selection is incredible! Service was great. Food was ok, but not spectacular. The fried pickles appetizer - the pieces were cut way too thick. A good fried pickle has a good balance of the thickness of the pickle and the batter. Fried catfish was not seasoned much at all. Pork chops were visually a little displeasing, as they looked pale. Tasted good though. The Sweet Potatoes & Apples on that dish were GREAT! Brussels Sprouts were also very good. Had a decadent dessert that was sinfully delicious! Overall, yes we would go there again, but I might opt for something with one of the sandwiches rather than a platter.

This little gem is a Louisville landmark. Drinks are a little pricey, but you are paying for an incredible selection. And i do mean incredible, if you tried to sample all their bourbons in a year you would not only go broke, but your liver might not make it. The food is authentic southern. Dishes remind me of my great aunt cooking for family reunions. If you have not been here, then you have not been to louisville.

Delicious food! Wonderful staff, highly recommend visiting this location while in Kentucky. Brunch was perfect before hitting the track. Stayed full all day, and the biscuits and gravy we're a great base for drinking the rest of the day.

Food was great, neat vibe. Fries were great. Liked the homemade items. Fried chicken was OK. Had better fried pickles, under cooked.

The silver dollar is a weird gem of Louisville's food scene that somehow does everything right. I would say it's brunch is the best in town and their dinner is great. A little pricy but worth it. It has a great atmosphere , hosts interesting events, and most importantly has some of the best drinks in town.
