My first time ever coming to Louisville, KY March 29 of this year. I was so excited to see the worlds famous Kentucky Friend Chicken. Of course I wanted to try it even though I already know what it tastes like. Well, I stood in line for about 5 minutes and no one was there but me. There were two tellers at the register just talking about (I don’t know...). The manger said “has she been help?” I heard nothing. Still standing there and finally took my order...I’m not even going to continue the rest of the story...very disappointed!!!

Newly-renovated restaurant located in the food court area, before the TSA security checkpoint. Nice place to eat, rest and welcome people into Louisville!
