The food is edible atleast, but the chops were too dry and crumbly, mac and cheese was not homemade but tastes very cheap, broccoli was too soggy. I love soul food! Can cook it myself if I'm in the mood to listen to music and have fun in the kitchen! I knew I was in trouble when I mentioned traveling across the country and trying all sorts of soul food joints, and the lady gave me an," are you for real", look. This place needs to put the soul and love back into their cooking, and quit relying so much on crocks to the point that it's drying food out. I'll go back in a year to see if they've learned to love to cook again.

Some of the best home cooked food I have ever eaten. There isn't a bad thing on the menu...

The food is very good and is an authentic soul food option. Very nice portion sizes and I love the fact that they serve 1 free meal to the public on Christmas day EVERY YEAR!!! This family business is generous to the community collectively and gives many private donations regularly to individuals.

overall this place sucks. the food is not the greatest you order through a window that looks like it's been robbed before. can't see any of the food being prepped at all so you don't know what type of quality you're going to get. it is very greasy when you buy into it. the price that you pay for the mail is not worth it the sides are somewhat good. overall I would not recommend this place to go eat with a family and there's no sitting down and eating at the place.

Ok soul food overall but the stuffed chicken breast and fried chicken legs were dry. All the side items were delicious! Update: went back the sides were room temp, only had certain items on the menu, staff not very energetic, I'll pick another place before I go back
