Worst Experience I have ever had with a Countertop company, took them 8 weeks to get my order to the job. Communication was the worst Ive seen. I will NOT use this company and will make sure none of my clients ever do.

Horrible communication. Horribly unhelpful landing web page. Horrible phone customer service (especially if you call as closing time nears - expect to just be kept on hold then hung up on). Plan on waiting a LOOOOOOONG time for a counter top from them. I also ordered from Home Depot and wish they would stop using Cardinal as a supplier.

My countertops came from Cardinal and they had a wide selection of granite to choose from. It was easy to see the characteristics of the stone and the representative helped me select beautiful stone based on my countertop layout. The work was excellent and installation right on time.

I've read through all the other reviews and was dreading the experience that i thought was inevitable. I ordered quartz counters through my home depot and had Cardinal Kitchens as the installer. I never had any issues getting in touch with the folks in Louisville, if I had to leave a voicemail I always got a call back later that same day or the next if it was appropriate. We scheduled the install about 2 weeks prior and they never changed it. The installers were a few minutes late but considering the drive and not being the first install it was understandable. Do I wish they could complete fabrication and installation in less than the 5 weeks it took? Sure, but it doesn't sound out of the ordinary for that type of project. The only downside I had was I had asked for the remnants from the slab they used (considering I had paid for the whole slab) but they wouldn't bring them unless I paid an additional charge (which seems to me like paying twice) but other than that I had a pretty trouble free experience.

I absolutely love my new granite countertops! Even with a few hiccups Monte and Mick make an amazing team and went above and beyond to make my home remodel less stressful. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in replacing their countertops!
