Great Showroom! Friendly staff and very informative.

Visited the Showroom looking for lighting, but decided to walk through the entire store due to our interest in building a home in the near future.  We were NOT GREETED ONCE by any employee.  We passed at least 5 staff members, all of who kept thier head down. We walked the entrie store and received zero smiles, greetings , or offerings of assistance.  The receptionist didn't even acknowledge us upon our departure.  Poor poor poor customer service.  So disappointed, and will NOT be supporting them in the future.
