Who works in this place, a bunch of three year olds? Good Lord learn how to make a sandwich! I ordered the number one -sausage egg and croissant with a doctor pepper.. paid for my food and didn't think about checkin it to see if it was what I ordered till I hop on the interstate and so help me GOD a cheese egg croissant WITHOUT THE SAUSAGE! Nope no doctor pepper either it was COKE! REALLY?

The best for fast food. We only eat fast food when we go out of town but BK is our place of choice, and this location always has quick accurate service and friendly staff. On this visit the icey machine was out of order.

Food is okay. Hit or miss it can be good sometimes. I'd like to know how it takes 5 minutes between ordering & pulling up to the window and already having the food done. =) Seems to me they don't cook their food thouroughly. I'll admit I have gotten sick a few times, which is why I don't go here as often anymore. Although I've always loved the ICEEs and pie. Staff is friendly, its definitely alot nicer inside than it used to be. Try it for yourself!

Customer service was absolutely terrible (12/27/2017) I stood at the counter for several minutes before I was even acknowledge and then it still took a little while before someone would even serve me. It also took 10-15 before my order was even ready and from how it looked to me they weren't even busy. There were two other people inside and when I pulled up to go inside there were two cars at the drive-threw. I was not pleased at all and will not hurt my feelings if I never go back. Because after I ordered and the gentleman behind me order we got our pop and stood and waited another couple came in and had to wait just like I had to before they acknowledge them.

By far the absolute worst fast food place in Dickinson. I have never seen the wait time for 10 nuggets and a large fry take half an hour, but that's the service level provided consistently by this store. They spent a fortune updating the store and I am so sad they have such a terrible staff. They don't know how to properly prepare the food on the menu, this is a problem that could be corrected with training employees correctly and thoroughly. The wait time is unacceptable and will continue to alienate your customer base, continue to ruin your reviews on social media and you will definitely lose business. Franchisee needs to step up and clean house.
