Burger King

Today I had a hostile encounter with one employee called Jenna at the 163 Madison st Burger King in Worcester Ma. I ordered a Bacon King Jr but instead was handed a burger sandwich with pickles and mustard, cheese and the meat. I went back to the drive thru to let them know and the response was...1. They don't sell Bacon King Junior and 2. She asked for the sandwich I had previously taken and she tossed it in the trash with style ( attitude) saying something like "I will show you where it goes". 3. She told me to go to Wendy's for that burger. I went to Wendy's. If her hostile attitude towards customers was for sale, am sure Burger King wouldn't afford it. Burger king does need to take action for this poor poor customer service. There is need for an apology and customer training for her. I do not think she represents what Burger King stands for. I have been a customer every Sunday with the same order and have not had problems until today. I regret having come over.

Lousy service. My opinion DO NOT, go inside. My opinion, too many problems. Should close this store. Lacking trash receptacles. I live 3 streets away. Often police are called to this location for fighting inside.fighting outside.

For 7 years I've been living in the area and I go to BK about 3 times a month and every time I get to the counter to order I remember why I don't choose to go there. The service. It's not terrible because they don't know what they're doing but because I'll stand there waiting as cashier's turn they're backs to you and make you wait while they conversate about their shoes and tattoos. They turn to me as if I have interrupted them, I have had my bag of food thrown on the counter as if it was trash, not because they were busy either, and then when I receive my food and it's wrong there's been times I've thrown it out just to not deal with that type of rude and disrespectful service. As far as the cleanliness it disgust me when I grab a napkin and the area looks as if it hasn't been cleaned since the beginning of the month. Would I be comfortable with bringing my family here to sit down and eat in absolutely not. I come because I love my Whoppers and vanilla shake from BK. Is this every time I've come here no I would say about 85% it is.

Drive thru clerks are incredibly rude horrible demeanors.. Having conversations regarding innapropriate conduct and when asked for ketchup and napkins i was told were busy you gonna have to wait and rolled her eyes... Never will i go hear again. People used to be polite

Worst BK ive ever been to. Place is dirty. People allowed to loiter and beg for money. Food is ok. Service is fine. Gotta ask to use the bathroom becuase too many addicts overdosing in them. Constant drug deals in the parking lot. Its Worcester.
