Ordered online, girl at window acted as though she never heard of it before & asked if I paid online. Speaker was broken & even though I ordered ahead still waited for food at window for 15 minutes. Overall was stuck in drivethru for about 45 minutes. Based on other reviews seems like something is always broken here. Somehow 3 orders were forced into bag sides all on their side & dumping out of bag. 3 burgers & 3 medium sides.
All these hoodlums need to be fired just watch the camera from 5:15 to 5:33 on 12/29/2022 had to get a refund because all the employees had attitude and the manager acted like she wanted to jump me saying she from the north idk what that means but get someone who know how to manage something…only person that was doing there job was the young man back there smh
I have been sitting in the Drive-Thru since 8:05 p.m. it is now 8:35 only two cars swear in front of me and now it is 1 and I still haven't made it to the speaker it is 8:40 and I think I'm about to pull off even though I'm still waiting to get to the order box
I went through the drive thru and they were extremely nice and pleasant. They greeted us with a cheerful and willingness to take our order and they made sure that our order was correct. The most important thing was that everything was hot and fresh! I go there every time I want Burger King!
Stopped by the Burger King at Hollywood and for the first time my sandwich was received hot and the cheese was melted on it! My order was also correct!

Although the manager was pleasant and had her young staff on top of things, I was not pleased with the facility. The young man forgot to put lettuce on my burger, and I had to sit in front of water dripping from the ceiling, into a bucket, sitting on a table, where people are supposed eat on/at. Would you want to eat at a place like this? If the D.M or Owners have been notified about this, it needs to be fixed as soon as possible. Paying customers shouldn't have to deal with this.
Long lines, but the good is good. It's Burger King, they're not exactly known for the fastest service. My food was really good and my husband orders his food a "specific" way and they got it right on the first try!
My family and I went to this location. After close to 10 minutes at the order microphone, with no assistance or sound and after saying "hello", I assumed it was broken so I drove to the window. After a few minutes and a disturbing scene of watching a lady wipe off a drink lid on her uniform shirt, the lady opened the window barking what she thought was my order at me. I explained that I hadn't ordered, and why I hadn't ordered. She then told me that Burger King doesn't allow ordering at the window so I would need to get back in line. I explained again, and told her all I wanted was 3 milkshakes. She then told me, that she had told me at the microphone that the milkshake machine was down... at no point did I speak with ANYONE before the window, so to be lied to to my face after watching her wipe a drink cup top on her filthy uniform was waaaaay to much. I am very upset by the entire ordeal.
