McDonald's

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. The bun was burned as well as the children and two dried pickles. And when I took it back the Manager.had a very very nasty attitude. Tjis the McDonald's on Frayser and Rangeline.

Food was stale. Service was fast but I would of waited a little longer for hot fresh food. It is all about communication with guests. Promise people would rather pay for food that's edible.

They forgot half of my order that was very inconvenient for me. I had to go all the way back to get the rest of my order.

This is a good restaurant. But the only problem that I have with them is they are too slow!!! I know I have set in the drive thru for over 30 minutes before. When I tell you if it wasn't for my children actually wanting it I wouldn't have stayed in the line. But I can say that all items are fresh and hot when I receive my order.

Line moved in a timely manner and the Food was hot. Employees were courteous and kind.

I had a fair experience. If the customer service representatives were having a bad day i cheered them up. The food was fresh and the waiting was merely minutes no more than 10. I give them an A+
