The worst! No running water in the men’s bathroom and big Mac look like it was made by a 2 yr old
Went for breakfast and sat in the drive thru at the speaker for almost 20 minutes waiting on someone to take my order but no one never said a word.I pulled off as well as others.This location is terrible and will have you waiting forever.
I ordered the pancake platter. I waited 20 minutes just for them to cash my hundred dollars. Who gives a pancake platter no knife and fork no syrup no butter. They are all dumb in there. I mean literally they’re dumb. They don’t know how to communicate. McDonald’s needs to hire new people because his people needs to do people lessons communication school.
I Ordered a McChicken meal with added cheese and tomato. Cheese was .90 and tomatoe was .60 and neither were on the sandwich. Went back to get it corrected and the smart mf that's making burgers give me a spicy patty instead. There has been 3 times out of all the times I've have came here where my food is correct. Today is officially my last day eating at any McDonald's location. PMO!!
This is just unacceptable it doesn’t make no sense rude a$$ people and how they throw food together I would’nt feed it to a homeless person ! I order a Big Mac meal My fries was So nasty And my Big Mac had no mac sauce n it was so sloppy looking
Dang. I should've read the reviews. Chek you bill everyone! This location is slick. I ordered a breakfast meal this morning. At first, I thought TN had some kind of crazy tax until I looked at my receipt and noticed you changed an extra .70 for a large coke. First McDonald's that scammed me. I'd have no problem if I asked for a large. Ik it's a small amount but I did not ask for a large nor did they tell me of the extra charge. It's just the fact they did it. Now I know why they cleared the total on the screen quick! Let alone did they scam me, the food was hard. Not break your teeth hard but it was not enjoyable. From the reviews, management doesn't care to correct issues. Smh
This is the worst location I've ever been to. Since it's opening its the slowest McDonald's ever. They continuously take orders in the drive thru and make the order 1 vehicle at a time. Once one order is complete they will take order for next vehicle. And so forth. Doesn't matter how few or many vehicles there are.Service: 1/5
Shut this location down already they don’t stay open the hours they are supposed to and when they are they don’t move quick enough or never have change the food is cold they close at 12 o’clock they took my money without giving me a receipt so I believe employees are pocketing money it’s all bad!!! Great service this morning!!! I love the smile I received at the second window!!! The staff member had me smiling and glad I stopped by!!! I normally don't eat fast food in the morning. Thanks!!! Parking: Parking on both sides. Kid-friendliness: Always fun with a happy meal of nuggets!!! Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp.
Service is always slow. Today I was served burnt mcgriddles. I threw both in the trash. You pull up with only two cars there and they tell you to hold and come back 4 min later. I never stop here unless I have at least 15 min to spare in my commute to work.
