Menu board says DBL Whopper Jr, window ad says Southwest whopper jr. Girl at the counter refused to remove the spicy toppings and add the regular ones claimed I had an attitude . The drive thru came over and took my order.
Stopped in here 12/9/2022 for food and shelter from the wind. Ordered one double cheeseburger and two large drinks. The burger tasted pretty good, and they have a Freestyle machine. Saw a fly buzzing around on the floor but it wasn't a nuisance. You can eat while enjoying a great view of 35 to 45 percent of the downtown high-rises/ skyscrapers. However, I believe the most ideal time to get a kick out of the view would be between4:50 and 5:10 pm.
I have never been disrespected in such a manner. The young lady at the drive thru spoke to me as if I were garbage. I only asked could I get my whopper jr cut in half to which she never replied. I asked her again and she said "I heard you". I said well? Can I get it cut in half, you never answered! To which she replied you don't tell me how to talk. When I asked for a manager she replied "the door is wide open" like she wanted to fight! I am perplexed as to how someone can allow that type of behavior at a place of business. I will never go there again and I won't rest until the owner is notify of this behavior. Get another jo6d more fitting to your personality perhaps in the WWE.
The Manager that was there that night was great and the young lady at the window had wonderful people skills my food was hot and delicious I would definitely go back againFood: 5/5
This location has ample parking is located in Downtown Detroit and has pretty decent service. I enjoy this location. Despite getting the wrong Burger one time.Food: 3/5
The employee was very polite, my food was hot and very good. I also ordered a drink light ice, I may be a bit hard towards my drink but for me it could have been stronger it was a little weak for a coke. I would go back again
One star rating is too high for this location. The first day I went there on 728 the woman at the counter was extremely rude so I left and I left a bad review the very next day today the 29th I went back but I used the mobile order option so things would go a little more smoothly and when I went to pick up my order I asked what was the order number because that's what the app gave me was an order number and she blurted out what I ordered and but she referred to it as a whopper and fries instead of saying a double whopper and fries which would be a common item to order on the app because it is a very inexpensive price so I wanted to make sure I had the right number and the woman which was short chunky and had extremely long braids completely turned around after I asked the question and ignored me and I can say 100% without a doubt it was racially motivated.
This franchise location is hustling customers to buy a Bacon King sandwich when you ask for a Big King Sandwich. They are doing this on purpose because the Bacon King costs more. THIS IS A HUSTLE AND THE MANAGER AND STAFF ARE ALL IN ON IT! They think they are slick. I actually spelled out "Big King" to the cashier and she got mad and said "You dont have to spell it, I know the difference." Apparently she didnt because she proceeded to overcharge me again for the grossly overpriced Bacon King sandwich. They use code words like "Do you want a single King?" to slip it in on you....even after I spelled out the sandwich I wanted and repeated it 3 times. The manager seemed quite agitated as he gave me my correct change. Beware of their hustle. Also this location has a problem with homeless people lloitering and panhandling. Food is okay.
This location needs to establish clear hours of operation. Sometimes I go after work at 7:30 am and they’re open. Other times they’re “not” even though there are workers visibly there. The website says that they’re open at 7 am so I’m not understanding the issue. This is becoming a real inconvenience.
-10 rating.. found a bug in my daughters drink.. complained to manager.. no refund recieved. Manager seemed to didnt care about it and simply gave me another cup to get my own drink. It seemed like this was something that was a normal occurance at this location. I did call corporate and made them aware I had a picture, a video and my receipt of this event.
