This was my first visit to Burgerville. That was also in Terminal D, pdx airport after 8 pm. Me and my husband liked the burgers there. It was a value for money. We loved the “Fresh Strawberry Milkshake”. It was so creamy, thick and tasty made with ice cream and fresh strawberries. While returning from our trip, we again visited there just for this milkshake.
Only ordered a large classic fry and 2 bottles of coke. Waited 10 min for my large fry for it to be half full. I watched other fries get filled fuller in the 10 min of waiting. Asked the guy with blue green hair filling fries and who was working sloth speed " This is a full large fry?" And was told in a snarky tone "yes!". I will never eat at this business again. Rude, slow staff, and for the price chintzy amount of fries. Also I tipped for what? Terrible service and half of a large fry. I want my tip back!
The vegetarian/vegan options for breakfast were surprisingly good! Waffle fries were better than the hash browns, which were in dire need of some salt. Luckily everything else made up for it. Don't miss the milkshakes made from Alpenrose dairy ice cream!
EDIT: Burgerville is now getting a 5 star review. Obviously when traveling at an airport its not always possible to take your food back and say it was cooked improperly. Burgerville responded to my review and are refunding my cost for the burger. So I guess on my next flight I will return. Their waffle fries are amazing. Stopped by for a quick breakfast sandwich. The egg is undercooked and a little mushy. Service was nothing spectacular. Price was decent for an airport and for Burgerville in general. Probably would not come back. I really hate when you are at a fast food restaurant and the cashier specifically points out HOW YOU CAN TIP THEM.
Burgerville is my favorite fast food in the pacific NW, and this location was great when I went. Quick service, and delicious breakfast sandwich and hash browns. The staff are friendly and the ingredients are high quality, local, and fresh, which sets Burgerville apart from the other fast burger joints, in my opinion.
Waffley fries are pretty good.. not too hard not soft. Strawberry lemonade is pretty sour but have bites of strawberries. Regular straw will not work to suck strawberry chunks. No.6 burger is pretty good, patty is very juicy inside. Bit more veg will be good. For almost $8, I don’t know if its size is small? My personal thought..Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes
**Awful Quality** I don’t eat at Burgerville anymore because the quality has really just gone bad to worse over the years. However, while at the airport I decided to give it a shot. I was hugely disappointed. I ordered a turkey burger which came with a cold turkey meat patty and cold hard bun. The price is unjustified when the quality is very bad!
Burger was really good, but it was insanely greasy, literally soaking through the paper, both buns were completely soaked in grease. Fries were top notch!
Nice stop for a quick juicy and can be spicy If you add their chipotle spicy Mayo that I highly recommend. The fries are good also with the spicy Mayo sauce. And of course canned local beer :
Tried the spicy grilled chicken sandwich. Very disappointed. Chicken was like rubber and the white bread bun disintegrated halfway through the event. What a mess! It looks like Burgerville has followed all the other mega chains and switched from natural potato fries to fries coated with flour. The fries now taste like burnt bread with the essence of potato. Another huge disappointment. I recommend just sticking to your basic cheeseburger and milk shake -stay clear of anything else. Also on my visit there was no cashier. Order via the app only. This place is going down hill fast!
