I had fried rice and orange chicken. And for drink green tea. Total of $8.00. The server misinformed me about tea choices. He said "raspberry or peach". I chose peach. But then he said "green tea or raspberry". I picked green tea. He then dumped the drink in the machine dump, and still using the same cup, poured in green tea. When I was working in Panda Express, in fact in this same store, that was a big "no-no". The "spicier than I can remember" orange chicken complements the bland fried rice. So it is a win-win for me
Love this place! Employees are almost always friendly and very helpful. Food is yummy! You can eat inside, and some do, but we usually get take out. Occasionally they run out of some dish on their food table, but they are very ready and able to cook it fresh just for you. Just be aware, they have several basic recipes, and alternate special items. I have been burned before by falling in love with one of the specials only to learn it was no longer offered the next time I went. That being said, they have lots of choices and I can always find something great to eat there.
I'm usually very happy with Panda Express. But we are staying close to this location by the airport. The sign.said it closed at 10. We walked at 9:09pm. We only could choose from 6 different entrees . What ever was left. Wanted to sit down and eat, but the cashier put our food in a take out bag. My husband was not happy. Our food was old, and inedible by the time we got back to our hotel room. Never coming late night.
Stopped in to get something to drink. It was a wonderful selection of teas and other types of drinks to choose from. Checked out the food while I was there. Looked delicious as any of the other Panda Expresses I've ever visited before. If you're at the Portland International Airport stop by and grab a meal before you head on the airplane. Or if you're heading home, take it home with you. Prices are the same as that in the regular Market.
I went into to order some food for me and my mother. I asked for a two entree orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp I asked the server if the vegetables were extra she said no there free. so I asked for vegetables they ran out of shrimp so she told me I had to wait six or seven minutes. I said okay and then I proceeded to order my mother's Panda Bowl I sat there and waited I got my my food but my shrimp wasn't there so I figured hey I'm still waiting for my shrimp. I said hey I might as well order my mom some shrimp too. I asked for double shrimp she told me do you want an entree of shrimp I said no I want double trip so she charged me 5.49 for an extra small entree shrimp tottaly disregarding my orginal request. So i got the extra shrimp and was still waiting for my original shrimp for my two entree dinner . She told me I didn't order it I said to her that yeah I did order it you even told the cook that you had me waiting for the honey walnut shrimp she said there must have been a miscommunication and somebody didn't put in my order right. So expecting them to correct the order and give me the shrimp she tells me that I can order another small shrimp for 5.49. I was just very appalled by that so I just left. But as me and my lady were talking we both realized that she charged me 5.49 for my original second entree for my two entree meal. so my lady went in had them correct the order. The server who had my order wrong exhaled dramatically and gave my lady plenty of lip and after going to talk to a manager they eventually corrected the order and Tried to dismiss my lady! All in all horrible experience horrible customer service and they definitely should train their employees better in customer service.
My son took me to The Panda Express when I was visiting him in Eugene, Or. As one of my favorite places to eat & not available in my home town, was very satisfied to have lunch there. Large serving sizes!
I'm Colombian, I arrived at 8 am today... Of the all restaurants, I prefered Panda, but when I arrived to the place one of the employeds said me in a very rude way " we are not open". It's ok, no problem, I can uderstand that, but was very rude and unpolite with and my trip partner. I took my breakfast in Elephants
Food was gross! My white rice was hard and chunky. Food not very hot and seemed like it sat for awhile. Other Panda's are so much better. Disappointed!
I’ve been here a handful of times, and ALL those times there was not a lot of food made so not much of a variety and it wasn’t even late. When there was food it was over cooked and tasted old, the staff were rude and would get mad as customers arrived. Unsatisfying and totally not worth the 20-40 min wait. Don’t buy here.
By 7-8pm they don't have anything left and won't cook it because they close at 9? So then why keep your place open? To sell people rice and noodles?
