Food was cool I guess. There was a weird amount of spit in my sandwich, but I’m not too worried about that. The guy behind the counter threatened to kidnap me but I told him that I had to get on my plane and we’d do it another time. Turkey was good.
Waiting for our Alaska Airlines Flight in the mid afternoon & looking for lunch. Sandwiches were toasted but needed to be eaten before soggy because of pickles. My husband enjoyed the ham option sandwich... price was high but expected...
Friendly staff. The service was a bit slow, but they had to pause to take online orders. The original sandwich was smaller than I expected. The combo was reasonably priced. However, they call out fountain drinks on the sign but they only provided bottled drinkers
I got the Italian sandwich and the cup size chicken pot pie. The sandwich was ok. There aren't as many choices for toppings and sauces as you'd find at a "Subway". Initially, they served the "pot pie" without any crust. When I asked, they made the "pot pie" crust by sprinkling bits of crust on top of a creamy soup. The pot pie was like warm and I encountered a hair while eating the pot pie.
Rather disappointing, considering how overpriced all the menu options are. The portion sizes are small, their sandwiches are mediocre at best, and the coffee is extremely watered down.
Fast and weirdly inexpensive for airport food, priced the same as Jersey Mike's out in the town. Pretty decent too, and staff was friendly with the lady in front of me who was difficult.Food: 4/5
TL;DR: don't get avocado. We got a "flat" mushroom sandwich flatbread and two salads, and added avocado to all. Food was reasonable, but the avocados were disgusting, totally rotten plus they left a couple pieces of avocado skin. The amount of avocado was also pathetic given the $1.30 price: on one of them it was about 1/10 of an avocado, just one slice. I complained and they gave me a side of avocado, but even this was partially rotten and partially unripe.
BEST & MOST DELICIOUS SANDWICH SHOP!!! Wish they had one in Clackamas County & Orange County California
I fly weekly through PDX but haven't gotten anything from here until today. Last time too. The guy taking the order, great! On task and very attentive. The girl at the cashier, Tamber ? that was also on veggie duties, terrible. Ignoring customers, making herself busy with other task like organizing the cookies when the line of customers was four long. Skipping people in line as she's getting the orders, never apologized once either. Luckily management did and that probably means that they do care and hopefully will make some changes.
Sandwich was great at the airport location and ordering was fast and easy despite a bit of a line. But employees need to wear their masks over their noses or else there’s no point in masking. Did not inspire confidence in the overall health and safety of this location.
