He’s the best OB gyn I have gone to. He is EXTREMELY thorough and I had one of the easiest pregnancies at 43. He wasn’t on call the morning I gave birth, but he did come to the hospital to deliver my daughter on his way out of town for vacation. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Burkhead and his fabulous nurse, Veronica.

Dr. Burkhead has been my GYN for years! I love how attentive he is. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients. He keeps track of my needs and care, sometimes better than I do at many times!

This was my first time seeing Dr. Burkhead, and I wanted to express how thankful me and my husband are for the compassion he showed us for our situation. He was informative and expressed his concerns and we appreciate it! I also wanna express a special special shout out to his nurse Mrs.Vee for her support that I needed at that moment and for that I thank you soo very much!

I've been a patient of his since he first finished med school. We can talk about any thing and he makes sure I understand whatever health problems I have or might have. He'll refer me to another doctor if required but he also follows up. All these years, I'm super comfortable with him.

Such a lovely person and so caring. Goes the extra mile with his patients and maintains a respectful and calm environment. Best OB/GYN at Kelsey Seybold hands down and has the best nurse by his side that you could possibly ask for. Highly recommend!

Awesome doctor ! Very thorough and investigative . Wonderful teacher as it relates to Women’s health. His staff is the best and also matches his energy. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Burkhead walked in the room with so much confidence. He made me feel like I had chosen the right doctor for my issue. The medication he prescribed me worked immediately! He has a patient in me for life!

The reason I began to see Dr Burkhead is because I had an emergency at work one day and he was the only Gynecologist who made time to see me right away, the same day. Matter of fact It was 15min from the time I called. He was confident, thorough, and prompt. From this first visit I knew the next time I had a child I wanted him to deliver and no doubt we would be in good hands. An issue occurred where I was unsure if he would be able to be my Ob/Gyn, but, he is. I am thankful and grateful in advance! I trust the plans!

His bedside manner was beautiful. This is very important to me because there are too many doctors that treat their patients like numbers. He was personable and informative. The staff was really kind as well. Veronica was so sweet and caring.

Dr. Burkhead and his nurse were absolutely amazing and understanding. I’ve been in pain and told it’s in my head he heard my story and said we can fix it. I’m so blessed to have prayed and God answered with Dr. Burkhead.
