Theresa Robinson, MD

I came in as a new patient and she was able to see me, I felt very comfortable with the exam and she is very knowledgeable. I don't believe I would've picked anyone better, she's considerate and convenient I know she'll get me the help I need. She is amazing and her staff is to, she’s very punctual with procedures and explains everything she’s doing for you in the procedure and she explains the results to you so you feel comfortable and she allows you to ask questions. I don’t think she knows how much of a blessing she is in my life. Thank you Dr. Robinson and Staff.

GREAT DOC, with many Accomplishments behind her name. I was a patient of Dr Robinson's for years until my insurance changed. She is a Beautiful person inside and out, a Wonderful knowledgeable Doctor, who listened to my concerns and found my problems when my family MD could not. She has a Great bedside manner and was concerned about my health. I have recommended Dr Robinson to many of my friends, family and strangers and they had nothing bad to say about her. Said, she was kind, helped them with their problems and they continue to see her today. When my insurance changes again she will be the 1st Appointment I make. Thank you Dr Robinson, My surgeries were a Success and the issue has never returned!!

I honestly have no words. Dr. Robinson is the best. As a young African American female it is always hard finding doctors who hear your concerns and take each of them serious. I was referred to Dr. Robinson by my primary in 2019. My experience was amazing. I learned so much about issues I had been dealing with for years. The experience made my change my primary to Dr. Robinson. She is quick and efficient and she cares! As long as she is practicing in Houston I will be a patient of hers!

Dr. Robinson is great! She’s very matter-of-fact, which I personally think we need more of. More honesty and less sugar-coating, please! Trust her when she says there’s no need to worry about something. She’s delivered 2 healthy babies for me. I absolutely loved the fact that the initial ultrasounds for both pregnancies were done by her, and not some random tech who were “unable to answer my questions.”

Dr. Theresa Robinson and her team has been taking care of me since the day I walk in her office and confirmed I was pregnant in August 2020. Dr. Robinson saw that during my first visit I had fibroids. She was very detailed discussing a plan and what to expect through this journey. Currently I’m 38 weeks writing this review and I can’t wait for Dr. Robinson to deliver my baby in a couple of weeks. I’m so glad I choose her to be my OBGYN in this process. If you are you looking for a doctor that is caring, detailed and pleasant to speak with I would highly recommend that you join the Robinson’s family her team is by far the best.

Dr. Robinson’s staff was nice. The wait to see her was long. It usually is. That’s something they have to work on because it can be an inconvenience. If you have anything planned, I would schedule them anywhere from 1hr,30 min -3 hours out. That’s something that they definitely need to work on. Dr. Robinson is a nice doctor. My experience with her wasn’t rude. She comes off as one of those people who comes in, does what she needs to do & educate you about your situation, very straight to the point. She’s very informative. She talks as she works so there’s not much eye contact. I was excited to see her because of her experiences, she’s African American and she was an older lady. I’ve seen good reviews and bad ones also but I like to experience people for myself. I can say that she could be a more personable but people have different personalities. Accept people for who they are. Although she may not be upbeat & extremely personable, she isn’t rude. Just because she isn’t that, doesn’t mean she isn’t a good doctor. She’s realnot fake & she’s a good doctor. She will ask you if you have any questions & answer them. There are some kinks here and there that needs to be worked on that I’m not pleased with which I plan to inform the practice about before I go bashing the business. You gotta give people an opportunity to fix things before making a decision to leave. No ones perfect & even business & professional have room for improvement/growth. That’s just how I see it.

Dr Robinson where do I actually start! Well my first prenatal visit was a horrible experience and she was so rude and rough, I don’t know who told her that she could work in this field of business and be so rude and have such bad bed side manners! She came into the room meeting me for the first time with a bad attitude as if I had done something wrong to her, she proceeded but doing my exam and never even communicating with me about anything she was doing… it was so very uncomfortable!! She found that I wasn’t as far along as I thought she argued that I didn’t have my dates correct, then all she could do was come up with negative things to say about myself and my pregnancy! I left there with so many questions and hurt, I had never in my life been treated like that by any doctor!! The following week I had to have another Ultrasound but at the hospital and unfortunately baby had no heartbeat so I was told to go home and she would call me with further instructions, she didn’t call and I cannot get a hold of her! It’s been a nightmare! Never again do I want to see her!! She doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!!

I was referred to Dr. Robinson by a friend. I had an appointment because I was in pain. I have a history of ovarian cysts. I had to go to the ER and was told I have a 6cm cyst on my ovary. I called Dr. Robinson’s office and was told they don’t see any issues and was told they didn’t need to do anything. I am in pain. I felt like I was dismissed. I will be going to another Gynecologist. She needs to work on her bedside manners.

I visited Dr. Robinson today and she was amazing! Very nice and yet she gets to the point and my appointment was short and sweet. I am so glad I was able to find a doctor that listened to me and allowed me to make my own decisions for my body. I hope that I will continue to see her for future appointments!
