I got a color and my hair was ruined! I asked for lighter tones and what I got was blonde streaks in my black hair. Very disappointing

Sophear is. the. best!  I love Burley's!  They have wonderful customer service, they are very down to earth and you even get to hold a puppy in your lap from time to time ;) 

I recommend Burleys to ALL my people :)

First and foremost, I am a huge believer in first impressions. The first time I walked into Burley's I was greeted at the reception desk with smiles, and immediately offered water, coffee, or tea. The stylists were all equally and nice and friendly. 

I had the pleasure of Sophear doing my hair. It was the first time I was being bold and going from brunette to blonde. She nailed it! From the color to the cut, it was absolutely perfect. Sophear is eager to please and her experience as a stylists shines through into results. 

Thank you Burley's & Sophear for the excellent experience. I can't wait to come back for my next touch up!
