Regis Salon

I have time and again received great service at the salon which is one of the primary reasons I came back to the salon . But to my surprise, on the 12 May 2018 between 6-9 pm, I was at the receiving end of some very poor service which turned out to be the WORST Experience of my life. I had gone to the salon for highlighting certain parts of my hair,I explained in clear terms what I wanted be done to my hair. l gave clear instructions to my stylist number of times that I didn't want the highlights from the roots despite my clear request/instructions she did the coloring from roots. After being washed,the color was not matching my already dyed hair at the bottom which I had got done few months back, it looked too light,and this was contrary to my instructions .Despite repeated instructions, Illtrained employee could not correctly perform her job which she admitted. After being informed about this the manager instead of counselling Illtrained employee and making effort to correct the problem, salon Manager Terri Higgins displayed very aggressive behaviour towards me She was extremely rude and decided to INSULT me. I expressed that I was unhappy with the color they put a toner to make it dark but it was still too light they seemed unbothered. (The stylist Cecilia who did my hair coloring and the assistant manager Leora who was doing my hair had a very insolent behavior towards me) The Store manager was threatening and her menacing behaviour was unprofessional and downright abusive,she threatened to call the security and throw me out of the store even without drying my wet hair or blow drying it,she insulted me in front of the guests and people present there..The whole appointment was a very stressful experience for me.I was charged full price without even providing me full services for which I paid for Due to threatening behaviour I was forced leave store with incomplete treatment of my hair.

Joey at the MOA location was great and gave me tips on what products to use to help my hair with moisture.

I had an amazing experience. Also everyone was super helpful and friendly. But all thanks to Brandi I love my hair and she always know how to make my hair amazing!!

So I just went in to get my hair done by this very kind lady named Sarah. I explained her exactly what I wanted and even showed her a picture of it to make sure she knows what I want. I had my hair done several months ago dark blue but I got that all out and it turned out veery good and my hear looks ombré blond. So since I wasn't able to get low lights on my hair I asked if she could just put brow foils and leave the blond so that it looks just like the way I wanted. But she seemed to know what she was doing and I told her that I trusted her since she been doing hair for over 17 years. One thing that I did not wanted and told her was to have my hair dark and that's exactly what she did. I hate it. I told her that I didn't wanted dark hair and all the color what she put in seemed to have mixed together. I am not that kinda person who is rude so I just said that I liked it and was ok because I wanted to get out of there after being there for 3,5h. I am just very disappointed because now my hair doesn't even look brown but they look ashy orange brown. I should have said something but just couldn't take it.
