Dirty diapers and puke in parking lot. Not impressed. Staff acted like it was no big deal. Inside needs an upgrade, or at least fix the missing tiles.

Purchased a somewhat hard to find game on the Gamecube from here, and paid a decent amount. Took it home, tested it, and the disc didn't work. I inspected the disc and there was one scratch deep into the data layer. No way to buff that out. So I returned the game, got my money back no problem whatsoever. I return to this location a few days later, and the same game is back on their shelf, this time with a $5 mark-up. Just for the hell of it, I ask the clerk if I can see the disc before I buy, and sure enough, it's the exact same disc with the same deep scratch in it. I guess they didn't believe me, or don't care about selling defective product. I'm inclined to think it's the latter.

Awful policy. Don't ever buy anything here because if it's bought already broken, guess what, even with a receipt you aren't getting your refund. Also the staff and managers were completely rude when a customer has problems with something. Sure they say store credit but what if there's nothing else you want to have? That's literally forcing you to buy something else just so they don't lose money. If I sold you something that didn't work and I refused to give you your money back what would you want to do to me? Point is this place is a joke avoid at all cost.

No one greeted me when I came in or asked if I needes help with anything. Lots of inventory to browse, but they don't have public toilets. Too bad, I might have purchased something if my five year old hadn't need to use the bathroom. The store seemed clean and well organized, but they need to work on their customer service.

A great place to pick up retro games!

Treasure hunters place, inventory constantly shifting. Last time I was there all CDs were 10 cents. Absolutely no organization, you had to look through them all. Large selection to choose from. Many Blu-ray and DVD titles but few 4k.

I love the selection, especially old movies. But I just wish it was more organized. Genre wise. Also the prices they sell the movies for are in no way in comparison to them buying movies from you. I sold them at least 20 dvds got maybe 11 dollars lol

I'm sorry there's no way to give zero stars. I am currently sitting her trying to sell some used dvd's I no longer need or want. The problem is there are some they won't take because they dont look brand new?? Really?? They are used you know. Besides, I have bought worse off you shelves. Oh, btw, did I mention that it took your employees, 2 working 45 min before they even started the process?? Unacceptable! The customer service here is horri me. I could see if I brought hundreds of items but this much time before the process is even started? Also how can I buy a used game for $59, play it for a couple weeks and beat the game, go to sell it back and get offered pennies on the dollar, literally. You're selling the same used game back there for $34-$45......talk about a slap in the face. I will take my business to VGMX from this point forward.

Great Place to buy used DVDs ,and Blueray Discs. Prices are reasonable and Great selection. I have seen used games and game players ,but have no experience in the purchase of those products.

The sales clerks were nice and the prices are good but the store itself is run down. The ceiling is leaking and the floor is super dirty and scuffed. If they were to fix it up it would be more appealing to wanna come back.
