The owner was very nice! Unfortunately I didn't get her i got some girl who obviously hated her job and didnt have a clue what she was doing! When she could focus witch was few and far between she cut my toenails so close they bleed...took her over two hours to do a pedicure/manicure and let's just say my toes and nails looked better when I walked in then when I walked out! I was excited to try this place I will not return!!!

I was very unimpressed with this place! I will not be going back. The first time I went there I wasn't crazy about the lady I had. My nails were crooked and the shellac chipped within the first few days. Their prices are cheap so od thought I'd give it a second try well My second attempt there wasn't great either!!! I wanted the gel powder dip. The manager lady is very rude and pushes you to pick colors and get moving. Well I waited over 20 minutes for them to start my nails and remove the polish from before, I ended up doing it myself cause i was left there for over 20 minutes sitting with my hands in nail polish remover! The gentleman that worked on me had no clue what he was doing with the gel powder, even told the lady and she still made him do it. He kept messing up, putting it on, taking it off. I was so fed up by the time I left. I just wanted to get done and out of there. He was going to charge me less and apologized but the manager is rude and made me still pay the 40. I told her i was not happy, that he was unaware of what he was doing. I don't think it was his fault, it was hers! She should of done it or had someone with more knowledge do my nails. My polish is already peeling. The guy wasn't doing it the right way and I've had it done before at another salon. This manager women is super rude and does not know how to run a business! I will not be back there! I would of have put a zero but then I couldn't write a review!

I went here about a week ago while I waiting for my sons hockey game to start for shellac. I already have 4 nails that have chipped and it looks awful. On top of that it was not the design I asked for it right color. I picked a gray- gold swirled patten - my nails are a maroon color. When she started I shared that it didn’t look like the right color but she insisted it was. I then thought that maybe the color would change under the UV light. It didn’t. I regularly get shellac which lasts three weeks on average. If I lived closer I’d go back in to complain but I’m over an hour away. Very disappointed and won’t be going back.

The last time I went to C&D the guy at the front desk was very rude. I was in the waiting room and I saw him hang up on two customers. I won't be coming here again any time soon. The environment isn't very inviting and the staff does nothing to make you feel welcome. 10/10 wouldn't recommend.

Don’t come here. Won’t pay the workers more than minimum wage, tells workers there trouble when they are told the state LAWS. Then makes the workers do 1099 when they don’t even make minimum wage. And I have a video tape of the owner Amy screaming at me. Loved working for her husband but she’s literally psychotic controlling person who doesn’t like to be told she is wrong.
