My aunt and myself had an appointment to get our nails and pedicures done. We walked in and gave our names. The first woman told us to pick out our colors, then another woman came over and told us she wouldn't take us because we were 9 minutes late and we didn't call. So much for pleasing the customer. We I'm not impressed and won't go back!
