Doesn’t answer calls, or return calls in a timely manner. Added minor scratches to the back of my brand new watch on a battery replacement. Only the “jeweler” can do most of the actions and he doesn’t seem to be there too often. He offered to buff out the scratches, which was a nice gesture I guess. Would’ve been nicer to not scratch it in the first place or do a post-job inspection and ensure the watch was returned in the same condition I left it.

1st time at CATT JEWELERS : Literally fit my engagement to MY finger, even though I have an ' in-between' finger size. 2. Within 20 minutes he had my husbands ring enlarged a whole size bigger and you 100% would never know it had been resized. 3. It took Curt 17 minutes lol to fix the loosened clasp on a necklace, clean the necklace, clean my engagement ring, AND clean a ring my mom gave me some years ago. *+*+* 100% TIP THIS MAN WHEN YOU SEE WHAT AN IMMACULATE JOB HE DOES. *+*+*
