Staff here was great. The lady that helped me pick out an Engagement Ring, & a Diamond Necklace was very personable, & informative about their selections & policies.
If I could give zero stars I would. My wife's wedding ring keeps losing stones repaired 3 times in 2 years. And I took my ring in to be polished and they messed it up and returned someone else's ring to me and engraved my ring with someone else's order. Complete mess. DO NOT BUY FROM THERE!!!!
