I lot of adorable stuff, but just from past experience I do NOT recommend getting your ears pierced here, it is not clean, I’ve had multiple people tell me they’ve gotten infections from getting ears pierced here.
Waited over 35 minutes to make a purchase as only employee didn't care to help ..only focused on the people getting their ears done..tried offering me a coupon but that doesn't help very poor customer service will not be back
The staff were informative, patient and friendly. The prices were decent. They have a variety of styles for different ages.
Staff was great. I was there for gift cards, and they were very helpful. It was crowded in the small space, but everyone was friendly.
It was our daughter's first experience to Claire's and to the mall so she was very excited. The store was very clean and well organized. The staff was attentive, friendly and very helpful. They have a promotion going on right now and during checkout it didn't give the promotional discount but the staff quickly corrected it. So make sure to check your receipts to ensure it matches the offers. Other than the checkout issue, the over all experience at the store was good.
My daughter just got her ears pierced by Jade and her table side manners were amazing. She did such an amazing job her her ears as well! Highly recommend seeing her for piercings!
My child has to many piercing in her ears. I just found this out, 3 in one, 4 in the other ear. Okay, the last day of school Friday 5.27.22 l. One of her ACP student is in a wheel chair, hugged her, earring got caught, hair pulled it and this is how we ended up going to Claire's. I told her to go to Claire's because they pierces ears they should have the earring she needed. She did they did and that's a fact. Now she's . Top Notch Store and Clean and the staff knowledgeable friendly. The Claire's at the WESTROAD MALL OMAHA NEBRASKA. Between 1 and 2 PM
No one ever asked us if they could help us, and prices were very high for costume jewelery!
I can't remember the cute girl that helped us but she was AMAZING! I was kind of iffy too go get my 3 year olds ears pierced because of these reviews, but after getting it done I have absolutely no regrets. Its been about three days and the redness is completely gone and my daughter doesn't have any sort of pain, the earrings are easy too remove and clean.
