Beautiful walk. Hard to pass in some places at high tide. Low tide usually has many people fishing or clamming. Great for dogs. Park at bike path parking lot and enjoy some bike path, fitness features, open fields, forest and beach. Great views and clean water.

For Locals only. This is more in line with being a nature sanctuary then a beach for sunbathers. Beautiful views even though my visit was a cloudy/foggy day.
