NBX Bikes of East Providence is formally East Providence Cycle. Although the name changed you'll find employees that have worked there 17 years and they know bikes. A good selection of well made road, cruising and mountain bikes. The bike repair and service here is outstanding. Good selection clothes, bike helmets and gear. And Bike Rentals! All summer long!

Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable on the different bikes. But be prepared for more expensive high end bikes. But they did say with good maintenance the bikes should last twenty years. So you get what you pay for.

Fantastic staff, very good prices, good selection and if they don't have it in stock then they can find it. The in person experience of a real bike shop is much better than buying online.

I just purchased a new mountain bike from NBX of East Providence. The staff there are outstanding, knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased my bike and dealt directly with Jason Shuford. For all your mountain bike needs this shop and Jason are top shelf. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and patient; he spent hours/days answering my numerous questions and guiding me through the process. Overall I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a bike.
