Love most bike shops. Great people in there. Not a big fan of this location. Went in there because I was in the area. Said hello. Guy said nothing back. Just looked at me. I said hello again. Finally answered. Needed a quick fix on my dropper as I am far from a mechanic. It was winter. There was no one in the shop. He told me to leave. Couldn't work on it because the shop was having inventory. Most shop's I've been to would of made the repair on the spot if they have no customers and it's not spring/summer. I mean the guy was stocking like fuel bars or something. Guess that was more pressing? Anyway I left it, picked it up a week later, and around $50 later I was done. Pricing was VERY steep for the work they did compared to other shops. Service was awkward. Very cold transaction with them. Limited selection as well as the location is smaller. Made me appreciate the other local shops more. They fix your bike on the spot (WHEN THERE IS DOWN TIME), charge less (FREE IF ITS REALLY SIMPLE), and really friendly and engaging. Maybe I caught NBX on a bad day, but the review was based on that one transaction at this particular location They had a chance to gain a new customer but they didn't pass the audition. Won't be back.

I bought a 1990s Trek off Craigslist that unfortunately had a broken steering tube on its aftermarket carbon fork. They were super helpful in diagnosing the problem and said that new carbon forks sized for my old bike weren't on the market anymore. They said they had an old mystery metal fork in the basement of another branch I could buy cheap. Once I got home, it took me about 10 seconds to find new carbon forks in the correct size online. I would have completely understood if they sold me something more expensive than the cheapest option available, or didn't have the very very best online price, but they simply didn't give me the option for a somewhat important bike upgrade. I was quite disappointed, and that alone lost them 2 stars. However, I called them right away and they said they would install the fork for me. They did wonderful work and the fork has been dependable for a few hundred miles now.

Amazing bike tune-up! Very good mechanic, found a lot of (more or less) hidden issues and resolved them.

Got my skates sharpened here. They cleaned them up nice and only cost $6. They also have lots of bikes and supplies. Will probably come back for my cycling needs

We had a warranty issue that should have taken at least a week to resolve but we walked out in 30 minutes with a fix!!!
