This bike trail is beautiful and great, other than the tree root bumps. Can be utilized 24 hours but know it's darker than dark when it's dark! No lights. Also note it's not plowed after a snow and shady areas can take a REALLY LONG TIME to melt back to bare pavement. Be super careful about black ice during that melt/refreeze time span.

The bike path is wonderful for running, walking, biking etc.  Lots of families and groups.
