California Closets - Corporate Headquarters

I ordered a pantry through Charleston SC store. The order was placed in Feb 2018 and was told I would receive it in May. After my deposit cleared in May I waited 3 weeks after hearing nothing and contacted the customer rep. She could not find order and said she’d call back. 3 hours later I received a call only to be told they could not deliver until June 7! I contacted the manager,Steve Rogers to see if I could receive it earlier. He guaranteed May 23 delivery. That morning he texted me on his way to verify the production dept had called me to let me know the doors and drawers were not in. They hadn’t but since he was on his way he would deliver what he had. When here he offered a 50% discount and I was ver grateful. He promised the doors and drawers would be installed by him by June 7th. After contacting him to get a time, I received a call from warehouse letting me know they lost my order!!! Manager “out of town “ Do NOT under any circumstances use this store! Perhaps other franchises are better...

I have had the good fortune of working with a design consultant, Pam Lakey, out of St. Louis Missouri. She has been informative, a pleasure to work alongside, skilled and insightful in her recommendations and has consistently gone above and beyond what has been asked of her!
