California Nails

Where is the no stars when you need it. I can not stress enough that this is in NO way a $46 manicure. The nails are uneven, cuticles weren't soaked or pushed back, nails under painted and more. See for yourself and then take yourself to any other salon. This is what they called "coffin nails". We sat for 45 minutes for our turn, no big deal, it was Saturday. Then as she sat (these aren't mine but my GFs nails) she told him they were different sizes from the start, he told her "they will look different in the end". They definitely did, they got worse. After he was done and she showed me her nails and told me what happened. After my nails were done, we told him the problems and he said he would fix them. 20 minutes later, no one had done anything. At this pint, two hours in, we were ready to go. I told the manager I wanted a refund on her nails because I was going to get them fixed somewhere else. The guy who did them started screaming from across the shop, in English, that he was going to fix them, and then cursed at me in Vietnamese. Nice. Literally 10 minutes of yelling ensue where I calmly told them that after that, no one was going to touch her and to refund the cost of her nails. In the end, I walked away with $20, pissed and embarrassed. If you still want to go, ask for Helen because she did a great job on my nails. Tôi không có thằng ngốc.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! STAFF WAS RUDE AND RUSHED. CLIPPED MY TOES DURING PEDICURE AND CAUSED ME TO BLEED. THEN RUSHED THEOUGH MY FINGERNAIL POLISH CHANGE. LEFT OLD BLUE POLISH ON CUTICLES AND TRIED TO PAINT OVER THE COLOR WITH THE IRANGE COLOR I CHOSE. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

They literally have no waiting area or space to just sit and wait. Everything is literally crammed up together and it makes you very uncomfortable.
