I went for a manicure and a pedicure. This is supposed to be a relaxing experience and while getting my pedicure the lady cut my toe and I mean all the way on the side. She was trying to continue when I pulled my foot back and said you cut a chunk out of my toe. She said oh I’m sorry I’ll stop talking to the technician next to me and just focus on you! She then preceded to put something blue on it so the bleeding would stop and it was worse. The entire time I was tense and terrified after that. Before my session was even over she asked me to go and pay. So assuming she felt somewhat bad about what happened I went and she said it will be 60 dollars. I said it says on the door 45 for both. She says well I had to take polish off so that’s 5 dollars. Then said you also want a flower so that’s 10 dollars. I understand people make mistakes I do all the time. I also know I would have tried to make it better by giving at least a discount. You cut my toe badly said sorry and continued like nothing happened. Since she made me pay in the middle and didn’t discount it I did not tip her she wasn’t finished and she was a total jerk about it the rest of the time knowing I didn’t tip her and did a very poor job on the rest. The technician I had apparently couldn’t do the flower so I waited another 30 min for that then said it’s ok I’ll just get my money back on that I can’t wait any longer. All I wanted was some relaxation. I am 6 months pregnant and it was just totally awful.

Called to see if they had dip products for nails. They did, but I wasn't told I had to wait an hour until I arrived. All I needed was a repair. Now they already didn't have the same product for my nails but I needed my nails fixed. I wasn't pleased with this type of service because I could have been told ahead of time of the wait. I'm sure they do great work, but not informing a customer is poor customer service.

Don’t get your lashes done here! The first time I got them did they were coming off in 2 days! I went back the lady redid them one eye was halfway off plus they looked uneven! On top of this they half polished my toes! Waste of money smh. Y’all then they slow. You come at 3 you’ll be out a 5-5:30.

I've been with them for years but NOBODY touches these hands but SHARA they last and are neat.. HOWEVER over the years the same set of nails I get every time has gone from $27 to $60 I get my lashes and brows and toes done as well most of my visits and it used to be $100 for everything but I'm almost spending that just on my hands so unfortunately I have found another tech but if you can afford it ask for shara she is the best!

First time going... very relaxing spot to go with reasonable prices... will definitely be going back
