Extremely dissatisfied with this companies customer service. When i ordered through their order system the incorrect zip-code filled in automatically. Obviously i know my own zip code. They changed the state and shipped it to the wrong address without checking with me. Now they won't ship the product to me without charging me for shipping again and they won't refund my order. Do not order from them. They do take care of the customer.

Excellent service. I order my dogs heart worm medicine here. They take care of the Rx from our vet and ship promptly.

This a great company with terrific customer service. I've used them for my horses medication for the past five years. The prices are the best, shipping is fast and the relationship between CPP and my Veterinarian is very smooth and efficient.

They are wonderful! Lowest price. Our dog was supposed to die 2 years ago. They have kept our dog alive!!! They are wonderful to work with!!!
