Critter Pet Care

Pam is incredible! My rescue pup was isolated for many years and after only a few weeks at daycare, he was much more sociable and calm. He has separation anxiety and has a really hard time being alone, so Pam has been a godsend since I found her about a year ago. She takes really good care of my pup and updates me with pictures and status, which is nice while I'm at work. She is super flexible with drop off/pick up times and always responsive. It's amazing how she is able to socialize dogs with cats, dogs with each others, etc. Also, the backyard is amazing! Huge and lots of room for dogs to play. My pup can't wait to get out there and run around:) Highly recommend Critter Pet Care, Pam is truly a lifesaver.

I am so happy I found Pam! I met her when I was moving and also going on a trip, meaning maximum cat-life interruption and I was super stressed about how it would all go. She was totally communicative and reassuring while I was away, sending pictures of obviously-happy cats. She has also helped with vet visits and advice. It is so great to work with someone who cares about your animals as much as you do (and knows so much more). My only reservation is about spreading the word so that she might be hard to book! But she deserves recognition for providing such an outstanding and important service.

Pam's fantastic. She's very accommodating and professional. Has excellent follow up and keeps us up to date when Maggie May is staying over. She has a big back yard and makes sure all the dogs get along fine. Highly recommend Pam.

Pam is the best and I cannot thank her enough!!! I was looking for a pet care for our dachshund for long duration (40 days). He is moving to Australia and needed to be without us in SFO. I was really concerned about finding something where he will be comfortable and feel at home. Our petrelocation consultant recommended Pam at Critter Pet Care. My brother went to see the facility and was really pleased with it. There are separate fenced areas for cats and dogs. Pam proved to be the best person to take care of Dashy. It has been more than 3 weeks now and Dashy is feeling right at home. He is very happy and enjoying it like a vacation. Pam is taking really good care of him like her own. She is feeding him extra supplements to make his coat shiny, dressing him up in warm jacket when it is cold and taking him for good walks. Dashy is loving the backyard and enjoys sun baking. Pam provided me with regular updates to me and keeps sending us picture of Dashy and his girlfriend, another dachshund that is staying there. I must say I was very nervous about his stay and the whole Australian move but Pam has proven to be an Angel. She was willing to go an extra mile to help us. I would really recommend everyone to use Pam’s services for any short term or long term boarding of their pets. Dashy is now home and I am sure he misses Pam and Critter Pet Care.
