Calvin Klein

Went In to return Xmas gifts… the place had no ac on and was uncomfortably hot. Place was a mess. There were 2 cashiers and they were very slow. All of the customers in line were upset. Not a good shopping experience.

I use to work here September-2021-2022 September I would recommend it for a first job…Good times

Good sales right now but TERRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service! It took me almost 10 minutes to find someone to open the fitting rooms. Then needed help with sizing and couldn't find anyone. Left without purchasing anything.

No expression, you wanna meet “zombies “come here!Not good attitude, cashier try not give additional discount if you dont ask . Be careful!

On 10/31 I went there with my sister and friend and when we were checking out we had the sweetest girl names Ana check us out. She was so nice, sweet & so informative! She took the time to tell us the specials that they had going on and we ended up getting two more bras for less than we were going to pay for just 4. Thank you so much! This girl knows the true definition of customer service.

This Calvin Klein store has a very diverse selection. I have to say for quality, Calvin Klein is one of the BESTEST. So I don't mind the price of a brand if I know that brand has quality. Plus the employees always go out their way to get me a discount. The employees love my Carolina swag.

Spoke to Monica regarding an exchange and she went above and beyond to best help me with my items. Definitely appreciated the time she took out of her shift to do anything she could to help me while being friendly and patient.

Calvin Klein is one of my favorite brand for clothing. They usually had good deal and also a well-known brand. I find the style here to be quite good, most important the outlet store has excellent presentation. It felt more like a retail than outlet in some case. Online and store price is almost the same, but sometime you can find sale in the retail clearance section. Best time to shop is during holiday.
