I was traveling and made a significant detour to visit this store. Of course the item I was looking for wasn’t on display in the color I wanted. I asked Maria if she could order it to be shipped to me. Instead, she was able to find the item in the back and went out of her way to ensure I got the color and size I wanted. I wish my local Columbia store had customer service like this.
They have some deals now but I was looking at their parka coats which they have placed the price as $149 for clearance from $200 and surprisingly I got the same from online as $120....I don't understand how that's considered as a good deal though.
First time there and employees were very friendly that make u feel unique, also they answer all my questions about the items I wanted to buy. I definitely gonna come back again five stars for their team

I always come here for my winter and outer wear. They always have some kind of sale going on, and their selections are pretty diverse for what you need for the outdoors. They also have a student discount if you bring your student ID 15%.
$20 Columbia zip ups and pullovers. Made for a nice Christmas gift spot

Wow this place had a sale going... great prices on almost everything. Found my son's rain boots at a great price... No one else had them, searched every other store in the mall. This was a good find since we didn't think they would have them but decided to go in and look around. There was a long line for the cashier, good indication of good sale on merchandise.
I visited the Ontario store after Christmas and was so pleased with the service I received. It was bustling with shoppers, busy and what I wanted was not something carried by the outlet stores but despite all of that the customer service I received from Carlos was WONDERFUL! He even helped us find a fix for a size that was unavailable. I would highly recommend this store. It has great deals, excellent quality items and most importantly wonderful service. Thanks Carlos! You made an experience that could have been unpleasant a good one.
Great prices and on 2 Saturdays before Christmas, I got out in and out quickly with a load of stuff! Staff Great as usual
