She addressed every concern we had and went above and beyond to make sure we felt secure and she was very attentive towards our needs. Camden Landmark was one of the first places I looked at for my next home. Veronica was so patient with me and my many questions and indecisiveness in the beginning it’s a huge life change downsizing. I checked out other places and none of them came even close to Camden. I originally wanted a 2 bd 2 ba but after my 4th visit to bug the office I finally found what I have been wanting! Janette was also so kind. She showed me the 1bd 1 ba and I ended up loving it more than the first one which was 2bd 2ba although the 2 bd are REALLY nice too!. Janette and Veronica are a dream team and I hope Camden knows that!! Moving from a house to an apt alone is scary and stressful but these young ladies have helped me through this transition and I just cannot say thank you enough. Very, very happy. :
When I arrived I was welcomed with a smile and great energy from Veronica Leasing Consultant, although I had to reschedule my appointment tour from the day before and was late to this one, I still had a great experience and was treated with the upmost respect professionally. I was taken on my tour and Veronica has excellent communication skills, she made me feel at home while touring and answering all my questions. I love the tour so much I completed the application process and put a deposit on the place I fell in love with and Veronica was very helpful and patience through out my entire process. I am excited to say Camden will be my new home and thanks to Veronica’s excellent customer service and a great friendly impression! Job well done 110%.

I just went on my 2nd tour at Camdens & Both times I was received with open arms the leasing agents on both occasions where truly AMAZING Veronica & Janette answered every single question I had went into great detail very very knowledgeable about the property they both took their time with me on my 1st visit I was with my sister and our tour with Veronica was Outstanding I enjoyed every bit of it she was understanding and extremely kind when I came back for a second tour with my mom Janette just Blew me away she took her time with my mom & I my mom right now has certain challenges but Janette made my mom feel so welcomed and treated her with such respect & kindness I am so grateful for both of the ladies for their Incredible Service!!! Thank You Thank You Thank You!!!
This place is very unprofessional. I left a $400 deposit and they have taking almost 2 months to return my deposit. Said it was mailed I never received, so I then gave another address now they are saying when releasing a new check and placing stop payment would take up to 6 weeks! Why??? It was their fault for lieing saying they had already sent a check. Now why am I having to wait so long for my refund of my deposit from November? They made absolute they only accept money orders so they are paid swiftly but to play around with someone else's money is dead wrong .
My girlfriend and I went searching in the Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, and surrounding area for an apartment the suited our need for a new, all-inclusive, clean and renovated feel along with exceptional customer service staff. The Camden Landmark hit it on the spot. Mindy and Veronica left us with an impression of Camden as the place we wanted to call home for the next few years. The leasing office staff and Mindy made us feel like we were always welcomed and treated us well. Customer service at other places we toured left us wanted to come back to Mindy and Camden every time.
We fell in love with this place. We never had issues with security or packages being stolen in front of our doorstep. The management staff, especially Mindy, Martin and the maintenance team are all very courteous, helpful and friendly. The recently promoted Assistant Manager Dave Kelly and the new manager Jordan Weiss are both hands on in ensuring that the residents live comfortably in the complex. The recent repaving is impressive and the latest changes in parking policies assures every tenant a parking spot whenever they come home even during the wee hours of the morning. This place is worth recommending to friends and relatives. Thank you for everything, Camden. We appreciate all the help that you've extended to us. We will miss you all.
This is an honest review so that people are aware of what they are getting themselves into by leasing with Camden Landmark. The apartment is outdated for the price of rent in 2019-2020. The appliances, cabinets and handles, and counter tops are old and should be upgraded; especially since rent increases happen annually without fail. The sinks are painted, which makes them easy to stain with makeup or hair dye. A technology package is included in the rent but is not worth it. The Internet connection is spotty, and the cable is the bare minimum package unless you choose to pay more. You do not have the ability to record anything and channels are very limited – like hotel room limited. There is a trash valet fee imposed as well. Trash is not always picked up timely, and it's honestly just a complete waste of money. Please note, neither the technology package nor trash valet is optional. The parking is frustrating, to say the very least. I think it’s absurd that residents must pay to park their cars. Yes, another charge included in your monthly rent. Be warned: the probability of theft in this community is HIGH. My car was recently broken into and it’s a very common occurrence at Camden Landmark. Also, having guests over comes with unnecessary anxiety. Cars get towed often. There is also an issue of packages being stolen from in front of apartment doors, and at one point, someone was breaking into mailboxes. I don’t believe Management cares enough about the safety of this community. I’ve been told that there is a patrolperson who makes rounds after business hours, but I have yet to see him or her. Instead of being charged for unnecessary accommodations, such as trash valet and a technology package, I would much rather those funds go toward security. Furthermore, if you have an unfortunate experience, it’s very unlikely that you will be able to call the office and speak with a leasing agent or management of this community. They NEVER answer the phone – I’m not exaggerating. Your call will be routed to an off-site call center. The only positive things I have to say about living here is that the master closet in my apartment is a dream - very spacious; and the maintenance team is great. They are kind and professional, and usually come out to address issues quickly. I hope this review is helpful. I did not take time to type it in malice. I genuinely want to help you all understand what you’re signing up for. Although the community looks nice on the outside and the leasing agent will try to convince you that this place is the better investment in comparison with neighboring communities, from my experience, the overall value for price is not there.
