Vintage Apartments

We have recently moved to Vintage apartments. Dec. 3rd. I am pleased so far. All the repairs that have been needed were responded to with a day or two. Love that! Rafael is on top of his work. I appreciate that!! The leasing office folks are nice and helpful as well. I have met Adam and Ms. Wright so far. They are both wonderful and helpful. The community is great. You can communicate through the app, which is very helpful. It's a big community. I've never lived in a big community like this before. I'm not comfortable with the size, so to know there is a place to communicate is a bit comforting. So, so far so good!

I recently moved from out of state and Dannelle and Adam made everything so easy for me. Even the maintenance team has been so kind and prompt with all of my requests.Thank you so much Vintage. We love our new home!

I highly recommend renting a home through Equity. I recently moved to one of their rentals and my leasing consultant Dannelle made the transition so easy and convenient for me. Danelle, was very helpful and courteous in helping me find a place. The overall experience has been friendly and respectful, and have responded promptly to my questions and requests. The process was fast and very smooth for me. I would recommend the Vintage Apts to anyone looking for a spacious updated apartment home.

My husband and I just signed our lease and the whole process has been a breeze. Kylee Bennett our leasing consultant has been amazing! She has been attentive, supportive, and she has gone above and beyond to get us ready for our new home; No hassle, no stress. We are most grateful! The property is clean, well maintained, and peaceful. Due to the circumstances, we did a self-guided tour which honestly does take away from enjoying that one-on-one Q&A while touring, but nonetheless it was a great experience. The layout in our 2 bed/2bath unit was by far the best fitting for us and beautiful - after looking at so many other properties. We cant wait to move in to our new apartment.

So I’ve lived at this apartment plenty of times and never had an issue up until now. I moved out almost a year ago and all my balances were paid in full. However they were still reporting to the credit bureaus as open. When I contacted the leasing department after emailing the manager Erica months ago regarding this and got no type of correspondence, they told me I had to contact the credit bureaus myself and dispute them. I told them I shouldn’t have to do that when they should have done it when the balance was paid in full because they report everything else. They simply told me with an attitude tone that they couldn’t do anything and it was on me lol just pure laziness and unprofessional behavior. I guess they are only nice to you when you live there and paying extremely high rent for mediocre apartments.
