Campus View Apartments

Service is really good when I was living there, manager is really nice people. But the location of the property (bloom garden) is not quite good for long time living, since it is tooooooooo close to the rail track. If you do not have good sleep like me, you could think somewhere else to leave.

Please save yourself the rudeness that you will encounter at the Campus view properties. This is clearly a business that is out for the bottom line. This management is a disgrace and is not worthy of the title business. My experience was the worst with the towing company that they have hired. These people have no clear boundary at what automobiles to tow and will take any car using their technicalities as their excuse. My car has been towed twice and they have towed my friends’ vehicle all in the span of one year. This last incidence, I had come home and was not able to find a spot so I parked where any rational person would have, on the side. In a span of two hours my car was gone. When I went to file my complaint to Campus View, management was willing to defend an illegitimate removal of my vehicle and proceeded to put the blame on me. I LIVE THERE. I HAVE A PARKING PERMIT. I AM ON THE LEASE. This company has towed my car once and has seen it night after night when they do their rounds for a whole year. There should be no reason for me to worry that my vehicle will be gone in the middle of the night from the residence I live at. I understand Campus view did not tow my car but they authorize another company to do so. The least they could do is compensate me for this illegitimate use of authority. I have not heard anything back from management and doubt I ever will. Campus view management will continue to allow this reckless use of authority and not side with the tenant. When management does nothing, this speaks on many levels. Save yourself the frustration at living at these properties and do not give these greaseballs your money.

NANCY, the manager of Campus View Properties. Most difficult women person to deal with. These people knows how to rob students who are in desperate need of apartment. Not a good good neighborhood as people come to knock on your door to ask for money. If you want to have peace of mind and not get ripped off, please please please avoid Campus View Apartments.
