Regular gym nothing special nothing new. Good thing is next to the BATTALIONS of 3-10 MTN BDE. And for the Soldiers in the area. The parking does suck and it needs to be open longer hours.

Cantrell gym is is the middle of the  brigade footprint. Parking is limited,  but it's one of the cleanest gyms on post that I go to. Recently changed their hours so their only open for half a day.

Great gym, not nearly as crowded as Wheelock. The only downside is they're now only open for half the day.

Great gym, good environment. My only gripe is that they currently close at 1300 due to "availability of personnel" and "less people coming in".

I love Cantrell.  This gym is my jam.  Quiet, never crowded. I would give 5 stars, but there are no ellipticals or stair masters, only treadmills.
