Tiger Land Fitness Center

This gym is absolutely tiny but manages to have all the essentials for free weights, machines, cardio, and has a basketball half court to boot. They don't have a changing room so you have to change in the one bathroom they have for each gender. Do not bring kids under the age of 13, you can't do anything with them here. You need a CAC to use the facility as with all gyms on post. The advantage of this gym is that it is almost always empty or near empty so you pretty much always get the place to yourself.

It's the only place you can really get a good workout in on North fort . It's not a bad gig just small

It's ridiculous there's one bathroom 1 for male and 1 for females for any Gym that's not the brightest thinking, plus no where to change you feel like a Sharp complaint is around the corner

Fort Polk base.... nice gym to get a good workout.
