Canvas Credit Union - Arvada Branch

I have been banking here for years. I always get great customer service. It’s always fast and friendly.

This place is too busy for new customers. I have came in to open an account. They told me to have a seat and someone will be there in a min. 30 min later I am still sitting in a chair . I would not do business with these folks.

I am a lazy millennial who doesn't do anything. Honestly the fact that I am taking the time to write this review says everything you need to know about how bad your banking experience will be at Canvas.

Not only have we had a good experience with the company overall, this location is always helpful and very friendly. Had to visit the other day and they are very organized with current set up for COVID.

I've been with public service , now Canvas Credit Union for almost 10 years. No complaints. On 05-07-20 Google Maps says they are open until 6 p.m. but the door was locked when I went there. Please update this info so people don't waste their time going there.

Not very impressed with Canvas at the moment. I know that when you need to withdraw a large amount of money you need to give them a heads up. Was told this branch won’t have another cash drop until next week! It’s bs when you need your money but the bank doesn’t have enough to fulfill your request........

This branch is very unprofessional. Had a lady throw my receipt at me, after she had to count all my one dollar bills.

The new way that Canvas adjusted their teller stations is inviting and more casual than any other bank I've been to. I had to meet with an advisor and a teller on a recent visit, and I was in and out of the credit union in minutes!
