On Tap Credit Union

On Tap was pretty much the only credit union that would finance my truck loan and now I am on my second vehicle loan and I can only say Thank You to On Tap. Great service and always there to answer any questions I have. They go out of their way to make things easier on the customer.

Parking is terrible, I miss when their original location and customer service is terrible when going in person

Aryana helped to get a HELOC on our main home and a rental property. Great multi-tasker, personable, and efficient. Local credit unions provide great products over the 800 lbs gorillas like Chase and Wells Fargo, When are you going to serve beer at closing?

Great place to deal with. I don't understand the negative reviews, this credit union is great to work with. I have financed several vehicles thru them, have accounts for the kids, have a personal savings and checking account, been with them for years and very happy to be a member.

I always notify the bank when I leave State so my card doesn't get shut off and never had a problem. This time Lisa wants me to name every state I might pass through but it's for work and I don't have the full instructions yet on what states I'm visiting. I have to catch a flight soon and don't have time to close my account
