Wells Fargo Bank

I've been to many Wells Fargo locations all over the US. Set aside the fact the parking is great and lobby is spacious. Karen makes this place special. Not only was she kind and very funny, she went way beyond to help me. I'd give her 10 stars. Thank you so much, Karen. Opening account with you was special to me.

I highly recommend banking at this branch. The staff are friendly and helpful. Whether going through the drive through window, using the ATM, or speaking with a banker or teller inside, my experiences have been positive.

Dominic Lopez was incredibly friendly, helpful, quick, and informative. Needed a wells fargo while on this side of town, and how will do my best to go out of my way and come to this location. AAA1

This location is alright. Staff seems fairly friendly. Not a fan of Wells Fargo in general though. High rates, wouldn't work with me to refinance a loan with them, website is pretty average and then the whole "opening accounts without client consent to meet sales goals" fiasco, there are better banks to do business with.

Quick drive through experience, but I avoid tellers indoors on a Saturday because simple transactions take upwards of 10 minutes. If you need to be in touch with a specialist loan, updating debt card do it during the week, otherwise expect to wait for quite a while

Showed up at 5:47 and they locked the door... 13 minutes early??? Seriously? This is not the first time either! They're the worst bank ever! Go to First Bank and do business with them. That's where I'm going.

In & out on a Friday afternoon gets five stars!
