Beautiful setting overlooking the water. Wonderful food. I had the Softshell Crab Sandwich - delicious! And our service was great.

Spent a long weekend in May. Had a very relaxing mini vacation in a comfortable rental. Chuck was very nice to work with and was responsive during the rental process. I will be using there services again in the near future.

Booked and paid for a room. My husband got called away with his job on a navy contract and we were unable to attend our family reunion. Called and spoke with "Chuck" and said he was on a mini vacation and would call me the next day. He did not. I called back the very next day and he wrote my name down and promised he would call me the next day! Never got a return call and have been calling and emailing and STILL have not received a call back! Buyer beware when booking through this company! They intentionally will not return your call, now I guess our family, that is honest and hard working, is out 1700.00! I am so heartbroken!!

We rented a home managed by this company for a week in June 2014. We loved the house, but the service was terrible. Things that were advertised were not there or were not working and renovations were in progress on the back of the house. The refrigerator failed on the first day and wasted a week's worth of food. This was not their fault, but no one returned my calls that evening and there was little urgency even the next day as we tried to keep our remaining food in coolers. When our agent brought a refrigerator, he had no one to install it, so my Dad and I helped bring it in and then completed the installation and set-up. The agent apologized profusely and said that he would "take care of us". Well, two months later, and after numerous phone calls, I received a reimbursement for less than half of the token amount that the agency said they would provide. For an agency to give so many outward signs that it is a professional rental agency managing a lot of great properties, it was very surprising to have such poor service.
