We chose Siebert to manage our newly purchased beach property after interviewing three of four choices in the area. We are so happy we chose them!! They helped us walk through every step of our renovation. Their decorator, Joanne Young, was an amazing help and gave us just the right amount of guidance while still respecting our opinions. The end result is a beautiful beach front home that is fully rented for this entire summer including all of September and half of October even though we didn't get completed pictures on their website until late April. They have done everything they promised us and more!!!

The Ritz was the perfect location for our family vacation. We had four generations all together - from 5 months to 89 years. The well-equipped kitchen and dining room easily accommodated our family meals, and the indoor pool was lots of fun for five preschoolers and their great-grandparents. We studied pictures of the house at length ahead of time, and there were no disappointments. The local grocery delivery service also enhanced our stay. We would definitely choose The Ritz another summer!

We stayed at A Summers Place and it was a wonderful house. Great location with a wonderful view of the ocean. We had plenty of things to do with the pool, hot tub, pool table and basketball that we didn’t need to leave the property. Kids had a blast! Great vacation that I’m sure we will do again here in the future. Siebert Realty is the place to go thru, I have used them twice.

Everyone at Siebert has been the most friendly, helpful and generous to me and my family. The Ritz was the location for our wedding - Beth and Amber were absolutely amazing to me. Our friends and family loved the house. It was absolutely perfect! I cannot thank you all enough for everything you did for us. We feel blessed and grateful!

We stayed at the Ritz for NYE 2014. It was a wonderful week. The kitchen at The Ritz was SO well stocked with EVERYTHING!! From dishes to crock pots, blenders and even a huge rice cooker and perfect cups and plates for kids (plastic and melamine)- was fabulous! We brought many of our own small appliances because the houses we have rented in the past did not have them so this was fantastic!! We would LOVE to stay at The Ritz again for our next trip in 2019, but it just won't be big enough! It was a great house and we loved our week at Sandbridge!
